By creating an account or using Kōda OS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Kōda OS (Dylon Nyland, "we", "us").
Kōda OS is a trading journal application that lets you log trades, track statistics, join Trading Circles, and follow other traders. The Service is provided "as is". We do not provide financial advice. Nothing in Kōda OS constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Kōda OS. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these rules, at our sole discretion.
Kōda OS Pro is a monthly subscription billed at £24.99/month (or as otherwise stated at checkout). Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel at any time via Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.
You retain ownership of the trade data and content you upload to Kōda OS. By enabling "Public Trades" or posting in Circles, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content to other users of the Service.
You may export and delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Kōda OS is a journaling and analytics tool only. Any insights, statistics, or pattern detections generated by the app are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Past performance of your trades, as shown in the app, is not indicative of future results. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial harm arising from use of or reliance on the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last Updated" date above. For material changes, we'll notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
